Bayern Munich v Tottenham Hotspur

Bayern Munich are scheduled to face Tottenham Hotspur in a Group B match at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday.
The German champions hammered Serbian giants Crvena Zvezda 6-0 in their previous Group B game which was played in Serbia on November 26.
The win left Bayern sitting at the top of the group standings having accumulated 15 points from five matches.
Thomas Muller, the Bayern forward, reflected on their recent defeat to Borussia Monchenglabach and he stressed the importance of winning their upcoming games.
“We have to look forward and keep going. We have to pick up points, and we’ll do that in the next few games,” Muller said.
“The style of play is good. For us now we have to go and win the next three games.”
Meanwhile, Tottenham secured a 4-2 win over Greek giants Olympiakos Piraeus at home in their previous which was played in England on November 26.
The win left the former English champions placed second on the group standings having collected 10 points from five matches.
The last competitive meeting between Bayern and Munich was on the 1st of October 2019.
Bayern recorded a 7-2 victory over Tottenham in a match which was played at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
