Wounded Everton take aim at West Ham

The Toffees were beaten 1-0 by Burnley away in their previous league game which was played on Saturday, October 5.

The loss extended Everton’s winless run to four matches in the league having recorded four successive defeats.

They have also lost their last two home league matches against Sheffield United and Manchester City at Goodison Park.

Everton will be keen to snap their winless run when they face an unpredictable West Ham side.

Meanwhile, West Ham was beaten 2-1 by Crystal Palace at home in their previous league game which was played on Saturday, October 10.

The loss ended the Hammers’ six-match unbeaten run in the league having registered three draws and three victories.

They are unbeaten in their last six away league matches having recorded three draws and three wins on the road.

The Hammers will be hoping to extend their unbeaten run on the road when they take on a struggling Everton side.

The last league meeting between Everton and West Ham was on the 30 of March 2019.

Everton emerged 2-0 winners at the London Stadium.
