Man City might be at the top of the table after thrashing Chelsea 6 nil but they have a game in hand and only sit in position one on goal difference. Elsewhere Man United continued their comeback with a win over Fulham but their spot in 4th position is not secure as there is only 1 point difference between them and Arsenal. Chelsea slipped to sixth after a disastrous match against Man City (sixth position for the six goals they went down with). Moving to the bottom of the table Cardiff have their hands full fighting off Newcastle and Southampton who are just one point below threatening their safety.
