Bournemouth out to humble Man United

AFC Bournemouth will face Manchester United in an English Premier League match at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday.

The Cherries drew 0-0 with Watford away in their previous league game which was played on Saturday, October 26.

The draw extended Bournemouth’s winless run to four matches in the league having recorded three draws and one defeat.

They are unbeaten in their last three league games at home having registered two draws and one win at the Vitality Stadium.

Bournemouth will be hoping to return to winning ways when they square off with a dangerous United side.

Meanwhile, United thrashed Norwich City 3-1 away in their previous league game which was played on Sunday, October 27.

The Red Devils snapped their four-match winless run in the league having registered two draws and two defeats.

Before their win over City, United was winless in eight away league matches having recorded five defeats and three draws.

United manager Ole-Gunnar Solskjaer is expecting a difficult match when they lock horns with Bournemouth.

“Of course we want to win every game. When you play for Man United you want to win every game,” Solskjaer said.

“So, for us you can tick this one off and we’re on to the next one. It’s Bournemouth away from home and that always proves to be a difficult game.”

The last league meeting between Bournemouth and United was on the 12th of December 2018.

United ran out 4-1 winners in a match which was played at the Old Trafford Stadium.
