Premier league dates to take note of

Premier League 2018/19 fixtures

With the World Cup over life has become rather dull but, at least the English Premier League will be returning next month to keep us entertained. From 10 August consider your weekends fully booked as England’s best teams battle it out to become champions.

After a record-breaking year, Pep’s Man City will be out to protect their crown. But, with a string of managers being replaced and old managers out to secure their positions, this may not be such an easy feat for the Citizens.

Man United ended the year off with no silverware so Mourinho will be under immense pressure to deliver this year round. Spurs will also be out to secure a spot in the top four after coming in at 5th last year. After failing to pass the last hurdle at Champions League Liverpool will be out to prove they are no one trick pony.

Arsenal will be stepping out onto the pitch this season under the guidance of a new manager, all eyes will be on the team as they test the waters without Wenger at the helm. Unai Emery will also be experience English Premier League as a manager for the first time. For Chelsea however, stepping out with a new manager is no new thing as they take on this season under the guidance of Italian Maurizio Sarri.
