Portugal plays host to Serbia this coming Sunday and is sure to be an interesting game with the hosts coming off a good 2014 season and the Serbs needing to fight to remain in contention.

Portugal, currently in second place within the group (with Denmark ahead with 7 points) have a game in hand and will use this opportunity to progress. Trailing behind are Albania, Serbia and Armenia.

Sunday’s game could mean Portugal comes out on top of the group.
