BPL preview week 25 Leicester VS Man City

Leicester City have an opportunity to ensure their title credentials when they travel away to Manchester City on Saturday.

The Foxes have been unlikely candidates for the title since the season started but with each passing game, they have shown their seriousness.

City’s challenge gives them yet another opportunity to show their credentials. Second placed City could easily go up if they win at home and there is every indication that will happen.

Manchester City currently have the best home record in the league having won nine of their last 12 matches and scored a whopping 33 goals.

City has failed to score at home against only team- Everton in 27 matches.

Something else going for them is the fact that they are yet to lose in seven Premier League matches.

Argentine forward Sergio Aguero is the man to lead City this afternoon in their quest to go top of the Premier League.

Leicester have collected more points (25) on the road than any other team this season and this should act as a motivation when they go away to Etihad Stadium.

Top striker Jamie Vardy who scored twice in a 2-0 shock win over Liverpool should lead the Foxes once again against City as he seeks to emerge the golden boot winner.

On Sunday, high riding Manchester United travel away to Chelsea for a top of the bill fixture.

United’s hope for a top four finish was enhanced in mid-week when they thrashed Stoke City 3-0 and a follow up win on Sunday will have their fans dreaming of better things.

Wayne Rooney who scored his seventh goal in seven matches is expected to be in top form against Chelsea.

Will it be another big win for Chelsea coach Guus Hiddink? After his side stopped Arsenal two weeks ago, the Blues are capable of anything and will be hoping Diego is in top shape to deliver.
